In this privacy notice, we describe in more detail the processing of personal data concerning job seekers and individuals participating in the Talent Pool by Mandatum Asset Management (the “Company”). If you network with us through our career recruitment site, you will be part of the Company’s Talent Pool. A person registered in the Talent Pool will be notified by e-mail when there is a job vacancy of interest to him or her available int the Talent Pool. People in the Talent Pool can also be approached when their profile matches a job vacancy.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data
The purpose of processing personal data is to recruit employees for the Company's vacancies.
Talent Pool's personal data is processed with the consent of the data subject, i.e., you.
In the recruitment process, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of a legitimate interest of the Company. The legitimate interest is the handling of recruitments.

Sources of personal data
The personal data employed in the service is provided by the person herself. You can key in the information directly into the Talent Pool service or by means of third parties, such as Facebook or LinkedIn. In addition, we may collect information from third parties, such as LinkedIn and other public sources. This is called information retrieval for potential job seekers and can be done personally by our employees or automatically by our services.
In some cases, our current employees can make recommendations about potential job seekers. These employees provide such information concerning those potential applicants to the service. In such cases, the potential job seeker will be notified of the processing and the processing will take place with his or her consent.
The statement of a possible suitability assessment will be provided by the Company that carried out the assessment.
Disclosure of information
Personal data contained in the service may be disclosed to the partners of the Company that provide recruitment-related services (recruitment system service provider, suitability assessment service provider and occupational health service provider).
Transfer of personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area
As a general rule, personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA. If the data is transferred outside the EU or the EEA, this will be performed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU.
Retention of personal data
Personal data of the persons belonging to the Talent Pool will be kept for as long as those persons want to belong to the Talent Pool. After 24 months, an e-mail will be sent to the registrant of the Talent Pool asking about the registrant's willingness to continue in the Talent Pool. You can delete your own profile from the service at any time. The information provided in connection with the job application will be kept for a maximum of two years. The records of any suitability assessment shall be kept for a maximum of one year. Information related to occupational health care statements is not retained after the recruitment decision.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right of access to your personal data processed by the Company, the right to rectify your personal data in case it is inaccurate or incorrect, the right to complain to data protection authority, and, if certain specific conditions are met, the right to have your personal data deleted, the right to restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and the right to transfer your personal data elsewhere.
